What is Harmony?
We’re not sure yet! 
HARMONY potentially stands for Human-Agent Relationship Management & Orchestration Navigation sYstem (or something like that). It could become a pattern language, a shared protocol, a technical system, or a combination of these. That’s up to you (and everyone else) to decide. Our goal is to create the missing piece(s) for coordinating work, decisions, and rewards across humans, platforms, and AI agents.
Think of it as whatever sits between human values and algorithmic management—ensuring that as AI agents become our teammates, they embody the values we care about.
Why This Community Exists
The future of work is already knocking down our doors. AI agents are joining teams, traditional hierarchies are crumbling, and the old playbooks for management and coordination are becoming obsolete. Traditional corporate structures will increasingly get replaced with agentic decentralized organizations.
Instead of letting tech giants dictate how humans and AI should work together, we’re motivated to build the protocols, languages, and interfaces ourselves. Instead of certifying people to understand tools, maybe we should be flipping the script—certifying AI agents to understand humans. Why not? It’s just one of many ideas.
