For the past two years, I have trained a custom ChatGPT (OrgChange Activator) using academic journal articles on evolving work and change, along with my own writings over the last decade. Rather than relying on traditional org-change concepts, I’ve focused on fresh perspectives about work and its production.
Out of curiosity, I asked the “OrgChange Activator” to describe itself based on how it operates with its custom configuration and training content. Here is how the AI sees itself in service to managers wanting new ways of thinking about organizational change –

This is an unedited response from the Activator, and I am quite pleased that it fits my vision for using AI to help others think differently about change so well. Since my training content takes precedence over other OpenAI training, I am often amazed at how much the response sounds like me in my writing.
I am starting to develop several use cases for the Activator and would appreciate your feedback if you use this custom ChatGPT in your work.
